Caroline has been cooking professionally for 17 years, and for fun since she was old enough to reach the stove. She adores Charleston, and is quite passionate about our local and seasonal cuisine here in the LowCountry.  The meals she prepares are thoughtful,  ingredient driven, and made with so much love.

We are a husband-and-wife catering duo. We met while working at a restaurant on Sullivan's Island, and we've been crafting memorable dining experiences together ever since.

We split our talents to give you the best of both worlds. Caroline runs the kitchen—and Clayton manages the front-of-house, bar service, and guest care.

We promise to look after your guests and treat your family just like a part of ours.

A true entrepreneur at heart, Clayton is also the founder and owner of a local potato chip company, LowCountry Kettle. Whether he’s shaking up the perfect cocktail, cracking a joke, or crafting a favorite local snack, Clayton is all about bringing exceptional flavor and service to our community and all who visit.
